Christmas commission plans! Sorry I'm so early to the game, I had no choice

So for Christmas 2024 I am planning on essentially starting taking commission requests right now, and because its Christmas, I will be placing some special discounts on certain commission types, here are those:

Paintings (Acrylic)

15cmx15cm - Reduced from £70 to £45

30cmx30cm - Reduced from £100 to £60

A4 - Reduced from £90 to £50

A3 - Reduced from £120 to £80

(Faces/extra figures/embroidery can add an extra cost)

Pen/Pencil drawing (Monochrome)

A5 - Reduced from £75 to £50

A4 - Reduced from £100 to £60

(Faces/extra figures can add an extra cost)

Embroidery hoops

12cm hoop - Reduced from £110 to £85

20cm hoop - Reduced from £180 to £120

(For embroidery hoops I can only take simple designs with no faces)

 

Important information:

- The price is non-negotiable.

• - I will not replicate other peoples work, or my previous works.

  - I require payment in full upfront.

  - My work is not permitted for to be used in commercial use.

  - I don’t accept refunds or cancelations on commissions.

  - Artistic freedom is required in my work, but I will work with you to create a piece you love.

  - Any requests outside my comfort zone will not be accepted.

  - Commission work will not be posted on my social media unless I have received your consent to do so.

  - I require the reference photos prior to taking payment, and preferably other inspiration photos too.

  - Commissions may take longer than the times state below, as this depends on if I’m already working on commissions or not.

  - I always take payment through paypal for commissions.

  - Commissions are all shipped with tracking, for UK buyers I use Tracked48 through Royal Mail, for international buys I use international tracked trough Royal Mail.

• The Christmas commission deal is not limited to just Christmas themed images/or Christmas gifts, feel free to make use of this deal if you've just been wanting a commission for a while.

 

Time frames

The Christmas commission deal will be live from now, I advise you get your requests in as early as possible (preferably email arrivalofbirdsart@gmail.com with details, or an instagram message @arrivalofbirds will also work), but here are the definite dates the deal will end:

• For UK buyers: December 5th
• For international buyers: November 10th

These dates are in place to ensure that I have time to complete and ship the artwork in time so it arrives before Christmas. There is however a chance that I will have to close commissions early if I have multiple to complete towards the end of the deal time, so please get your requests in early.

For Christmas, I will also be doing a sale on my original art and prints starting late October, andddd I will also be selling k1nky Christmas cards! Those will be out within the next couple weeks.
