Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

I am UK based and currently I ship everywhere other than the EU (including Northern Ireland).

Why has only half my order arrived?

Most likely scenario is you have ordered prints from my ‘Made to order’ prints section, and from a different section of my site. These prints are shipped separately from me using a print company, this allows me to have so many more prints on offer than I’d be able to if I had them on hand. Made to order prints tend to arrive within 4-5 days as they are processed usually in the country you are in, the rest of your order will be shipped from me in the UK. So if you’re based outside of the UK, it may take a week or so extra for the rest of your order to arrive.

The less likely scenario is that I have missed something, so please get in touch with me via email.

How long will shipping take?

My processing time is between 1-4 working days.

For UK buyers, I ship all original paintings, sculptures and embroideries using tracked 48, all other prints and accessories are shipped 2nd class. Each of these should take around 2 working days to arrived after they have been processed.

For iternational shipping of original paintings, sculptures and embroideries they are shipped tracked, and everything else is shipped standard. Please allow around 2 weeks for things to arrived.

Where is my tracking number?

Check first that your order is going to be tracked as the only items that will have tracking numbers are my original artworks. Once the items are shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours, if you do not, please feel free to contact me as human error means I occasionally miss one.

Why does the checkout say there’s no delivery methods to my addresses?

This most likely means you’re from an EU based country including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately I’m unable to ship certain items to the EU due to GSPR regulations which were implemented in December 2024. Im hoping to find a solution to this, but at the moment I can only ship the Made To Order prints to the EU since they are produced and shipped through a separate company.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

This is an issue I deal with on a case-by-case basis, as it depends on what the item is and where the fault happened. For originals, the way I ship them means that if they get damaged in the post, I can claim back the cost of the product so long as I provide evidence of the damaged packaging and the item. With that I can provide refunds, this can take a little while to process since I need to receive the compensation first before I send the refund.

With on hand prints I just need evidence of any damage and I can usually send another on out. With made-to-order prints, I need to behave the evidence of the damage, then I can request a refund or for it to be sent out again.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. In the unlikely event the item is damaged, please get in touch.

My order has been caught at customs, what can I do?

Unfortunately this is something that is out of my control and just happens occasionally. It can make orders take a extra time to arrive, and can incur extra costs.

How do I care for my original artwork?

Hang or store in dry conditions. Paint can crack if exposed to regularly fluctuating humidity and temperatures. Avoid placing the works in direct sunlight as it can cause the colours to fade.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Pleade send me an email and I can look further into it. Past shipping, there are many things out of my control and I can't be held responsible for things that don't turn up due to things such as people not being home, not collecting parcels or incorrect addresses etc.

If delivery is unsuccesful, the parcel should eventually be returned to me by the shipping company. If the order is successfully returned to me, I can resend the order and the buyer (if the return to sender was their fault) will be responsible to repay shipping. If return to sender is unsuccessful I will make a case with royal Mail so I can be refunded for the cost of the item, and then I can provide refunds. Please just be aware that this process can take a long time to complete (from experience between 30 and 60 days).
